Products and Returns Policy

Please note that this constitutes the legally binding agreement between you (Client) and me (Store) about any returns, refunds, or exchanges. We take great pride in doing what we can to satisfy customers, but we have some conditions you must accept in order to use this site. If you disagree with any of these terms, please stop using this site now.

  1. Our store does not offer returns. Officially, our items are shipped as is, with no guarantee about their usefulness, or even the suggestions for intended use stated in the item descriptions. The products do not come with any sort of expected lifetime, nor service. The responsibility of care and management of your item is your sole responsibility should you choose to accept the item when it arrives at the shipping address you provided.
  2. Our store is not responsible for any damages, loss or status that happens during or after the shipping process. It is your responsibility to provide our shipping partner(s) with the correct mailing address to receive the products.
  3. Reasonable accommodations will be made for items found to be defective, if the Store is contacted (contact information on store’s Contact page) within 48 hours of receiving the item and if you can prove that you have received it. The Store reserves the right to determine what constitutes reasonable accommodations.
  4. Exchanges or gift coupons will be given in cases the Store decides it is appropriate to do so. In some special cases, other arrangements might be made, as we do aim to be a fair and reputable source for wonderful products.
